Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. This is because all of our products are custom-made.

No, we don’t store payment information.
Can I pay by installments?
Installment payment is not supported for the time being.
How can I check the status of my order?
If you have placed an order, you can log in to our website at any time and visit your account to check the status of your order. You can also contact us at any time by sending an email to worldneedkitty@gmail.com. After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
What transportation methods do you use?
We utilize all major Express delivery companies, including DHL Express, DHL eCommerce, USPS and FedEx, to deliver your customized products quickly and reliably. After the order is dispatched, we will provide the tracking link of the Courier company.
I ordered multiple products. Will they be dispatched together?
The production process and time for each product are different. We hope to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible. Therefore, your order is usually shipped in multiple installments. Once each product is completed, it will be dispatched immediately!

Before your order enters the production stage, you can cancel it and get a full refund.

Since all of our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless there are quality issues.
