All of our products are custom-made to order, designed and produced specifically according to your personal requirements.
Because of the unique and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.
1. Customized Products
All items are made especially for you, based on your chosen design, size, and customization details.
Please double-check all customization information (such as spelling, colors, sizes, and design specifications) before placing your order.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made, and the order cannot be canceled.
2. Eligible Returns (Quality Issues Only)
We only accept returns or replacements if the product:
– Arrives defective, damaged, or with a production fault;
– Differs from what you ordered (wrong size, color, or design);
– Is severely damaged during shipping.
If you believe your product has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
When submitting your claim, include:
1. Your order number;
2. Clear photos or a short video showing the issue;
3. A brief description of the problem.
Once verified, we will either:
– Reproduce and resend your item at no cost, or
– Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
– Products ordered incorrectly due to customer error (e.g., wrong spelling, wrong size, incorrect design);
– Personal preference (change of mind, dislike of color/style);
– Slight color variations or minor differences due to handcrafting or screen display;
– Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear;
– Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
4. Refund Process
– Refunds are only issued for verified defective or incorrect items;
– Once your return or issue is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days;
– Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method;
– Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
